Establishment of the center:
The National Center for Research and Strategic Consultation is a specialized scientific center affiliated with the Military Academy for Security and Strategic Sciences. It was established pursuant to Resolution of the Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces No. (27/3) of 2024.
